'No Nonsense Muscle' Programme Review

Hi Ben here and you’re reading my uncensored review of what I really thought about Vince Del Monte’s “No Nonsense Bodybuilding Programme”.

Please note that this a review though, if you’re looking for the actual “No Nonsense Muscle” website then click here.

Why am I writing this? Well, I’ve read a lot of so called reviews that are supposed to give you the honest truth about the No Nonsense Muscle Program. Frankly, almost all of these are written by web geeks who have never been near a gym and just want to sell you the program and get a commission.

As a fitness professional I started recommending this bodybuilding programme because my clients were asking for some online information.  It’s important to me that I am endorsing a bodybuilding programme that really is going to work. If my clients do well, I do well. And I think you deserve an honest review from an expert rather than the ‘sales hype’ we are usually exposed to.

So anyway, here’s an review that Vince Del Monte probably won’t love but screw it, let’s do it!

Vince Del Monte’s ‘No Nonsense Muscle Program’

Content

When you sign up you basically get exclusive access to a huge website that holds all the information. You can then access it paper free on line or download most of it to your computer.

There’s lots of content. To the point actually that it’s a bit tricky understanding how to use it all. But once you read the main ebook this becomes clearer. Its much more than just an ebook.

I loved the “Metabolic Calculator” which is simple online calculator that tells you exactly how many calories you need and the % balance of proteins, carbs and fats.

The “Insane Exercise Demonstrator” is pretty basic and nowhere near as good as proper instruction from a pro. But this has been addressed recently with the addition of  video instruction that more than makes up for it.

Vegetarian Diet Plan

You have to upgrade to get the vegetarian diet plans, which feels a little unfair but I'd say it's worth the investment as the diet plans tell you what to eat, when to eat and gives many weeks of varied menus that take all the guess work out of planning your nutrition. Easy!

However an irritating error that Vince makes as a non vegetarian is that he states in one part of the ebook that a vegetarian diet will not ever quite match a meat based diet. But then the diet plan goes on to provide all the nutritional content you'll ever need. I'm in contact with him to iron out this inconsistency.

Bodybuilding “Secrets”?

Shock horror! The ‘secrets’ that Vince talks about aren’t really secrets amongst exercise professionals. In fact they aren't secrets at all. Just go on any certified personal trainer  course and they'll give you the same info.

In that sense it's well worth the money. Where else can you get all that information in one place? There's a saying: "Give someone a fish and they eat today but teach a person to fish and they will eat for a lifetime".

That's what you get here. Knowledge. And knowledge is power- especially at the gym. Read the ebook you are going to know more than 99% of the other people in the gym. You’ll see things the way an exercise professional sees things and feel like you know what you are doing.

Value for Money:

Of course, as with most web sales pages, Vince tells us that the entire package is worth well over a thousand dollars! But when was the last time you paid thousands of dollars for an information product ? Of course the sales price is actually way lower and is actually very reasonable.

It’s certainly cheaper than hiring a personal trainer and you get access to a massive amount of information. All this stuff is good quality content.delux_aff

Will it Work?

Here's my brother before and after 5 weeks on the programme.

He's still got a way to go but it's a good start. He's certainly made some decent gains in a short space of time and has lowered his body fat. Considering he hadn't done any exercise for years I think the results are very good. There's more before and after photos on Vince's site.

Warning: my only other criticism of the programme is that it is often known as the 'skinny guy's programme' which might put some people off. But it works for all body types- it just happens that Vince started out as "Skinny Vinny". I'd recommend it for all body types. It's also suitable for women as many sections are split into male and female.

Oh, and by the way Vince is also a persuasive sales person of the 'powerful sales letter variety'. But the programme backs up the claims so I am happy to recommend you wade through the sales pitch and at least give it a try.
